Your labels stay on your device.

Overview

LabelPair is designed to work entirely on your device. It does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to us or to anyone else. The PDFs you share into LabelPair, and the PDFs it generates, stay on your iPhone or iPad.

Data Collection

We do not collect any data.

LabelPair does not:

  • Collect personal information
  • Connect to the internet
  • Use analytics, crash reporting, or tracking tools
  • Contain advertisements
  • Require an account or sign-in
  • Access your contacts, photos, location, or other device data

Your Label PDFs

When you share a PDF to LabelPair, a copy is saved in a private storage area on your device that only LabelPair and its share extension can read. Those files are used for one purpose: combining them into the two-per-page PDF you ask for.

  • Queued PDFs are deleted when you remove them from the queue, or automatically after you generate a batch (if the "Clear Queue After Generating" option is on).
  • Generated PDFs are kept in the Recent list for 30 days and then deleted automatically. You can delete any of them sooner by swiping.
  • LabelPair never reads, interprets, or transmits the contents of your labels. Names, addresses, and tracking numbers on them are drawn onto the output page and nothing more.

Printing and Sharing

When you tap Print, iOS's AirPrint system sends the PDF to the printer you choose. When you tap Share, iOS's share sheet hands the PDF to the app or service you choose. Those transfers are controlled by you and by iOS; LabelPair does not send the file anywhere on its own.

Device Backups

Files stored by LabelPair may be included in your iCloud or computer backups if you have those enabled. That backup is governed by Apple's privacy policy, not ours, and we have no access to it.

Third-Party Services

LabelPair does not integrate with any third-party services, analytics platforms, or advertising networks.

Children's Privacy

LabelPair does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.

Data Deletion

Delete the app to remove every file it stored. You can also remove individual queued or generated PDFs from within the app by swiping left on them.

Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
