Getting started

  1. Open the app that has your label (Files, Mail, Safari, or your marketplace app) and view the label PDF.
  2. Tap the Share button and choose LabelPair. If you don't see it, scroll the row of app icons to the right or tap More.
  3. Repeat for every label you want to print.
  4. Open LabelPair. Your labels are listed in order. Tap Generate.
  5. Tap Print to send the PDF to an AirPrint printer, or Share to save it or send it somewhere else.

Frequently asked questions

LabelPair doesn't appear in the share sheet.

LabelPair only shows up when you are sharing a PDF. If the app is offering an image or a web link, look for a "Save as PDF" or "Download label" option first. In Safari, open the PDF itself, then share.

If you are sharing a PDF and still don't see it, scroll the app icons in the share sheet to the end, tap More, and turn LabelPair on.

The label prints too small or too large.

LabelPair keeps the original page size, so the printed size is decided by your printer settings. In the print dialog make sure scaling is off, or set to 100%, and that the paper size matches the original (usually US Letter).

The second label is cut off or overlaps the first.

LabelPair expects each input page to have its label on the left half, which is how carriers and marketplaces usually generate them. If your labels are centered or on the right, the two halves will overlap. Email us a sample (with the address covered) and we will look at supporting that layout.

Can I combine a PDF that already has several pages?

Yes. Every page of every PDF in the queue becomes one label. A five-page PDF counts as five labels and produces three output pages.

I have an odd number of labels.

The last page will have one label on the left and an empty right half, exactly as it arrived. Nothing is lost.

Where did my labels go after generating?

By default the queue is cleared after each batch so the next round starts fresh. The generated PDF is kept in Recent (the clock button) for 30 days, where you can preview, print, or share it again. To keep the queue instead, open the … menu and turn off Clear Queue After Generating.

How do I change the order of the labels?

Tap Edit in the top-left corner and drag the handles, or touch and hold a row and drag it. The first label goes on the left of page one, the second on the right, and so on.

Does LabelPair upload my labels anywhere?

No. The app has no network access. Everything happens on your device. See the .

How do I delete everything?

Swipe left on any queued or recent item to delete it, or use Remove All in the … menu. Deleting the app removes every file it stored.

Requirements

LabelPair requires iOS 26 or later on iPhone or iPad. Printing uses AirPrint, so any AirPrint-compatible printer on the same Wi-Fi network works.
